Whether you’re curious or looking for a church home, you’re always welcome at Starting Point Church in Prescott, Arizona. Below we’ve listed what you can expect during weekend services. We also have connection opportunities all week long.
Below is what you can expect during your first-time visit.
With the exception of special events, we meet every Sunday at 9:00 A.M. and 10:45 A.M. Both services are the same, beginning with a time of singing and worship followed by a short, timely and encouraging message. And there’s plenty of free parking and coffee for everyone.
If you have kids we have our Adventure Kids children’s ministry and IMPACT Student Ministry during our 10:45 A.M.
When you arrive, you’ll notice a table at the entrance where everyone puts their first name on a name tag so you never have to wonder who you’re talking to. And as a first-time visitor, we have a special welcome packet waiting for you, with information about Starting Point Church and a gift card to Third Shot Coffee next door.
If you’re bringing your whole family, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for registering your kids, newborn – 5th grade, for their own services. When you do, you’ll receive a safety ticket for picking up your child at the end of service. Middle graders join their parents in the main service for worship, and then dismiss during the message for their own discussion time. No registration is needed for middle graders.
Our main building has plenty of seats, and it’s easy to see and hear from just about anywhere in the room. So find your seat, say hello to those around you, and enjoy the service.
And in case you’re wondering, feel free to dress casually. Some people like to dress up a little, others prefer to come in t-shirts and shorts. So come as you are. You’ll fit right in at Starting Point!
