Scott continued the series, The Grace to Get Through It, with the message, You are a Leader. He explored 1 Peter 5 and reminded us that we all have some area of influence in our lives whether at church, in the workplace, in the community, or at home. He pointed to Peter's command for us to "be shepherds" and defined what it means to be a shepherd in today's world. If you missed this message, be sure to watch it.
For homework, Scott challenged us to read Psalm 23 and see how it shows the attributes of God as a shepherd.
During the service, we also celebrated several baptisms. Hear from those who are continuing to grow in their faith with this important spiritual step.
